So, I got bitten by the show ring bug. I began entering Dori and Molly in confirmation competitions. They did well but struggled to win points towards their champion title. The competition in Colorado is pretty fierce and I was a full time college student with little money for traveling. They almost always won their class but could never take winners. It took us until June 2002 to get any points on the two of them.
The first picture is Molly winning her first point, the next picture is Dori and her first point. They both earned their first points the same weekend in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
